We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personal identity information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs IP address, cookie information, and the pages you visited. We do not share or Sell your personal information with any other party.
We use Heartland Processing company. They are a large processing company. They allow us to accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master card, and American Express.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our SSL software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.
We do not save card information. Any card that is taken is entered directly into the processing system. After information is submitted, it is no longer visible to us. We store your name and phone number only. This is kept on a locked computer, and is not shared with anyone, or used by us unless we need to contact you about your rental or sometimes another rental that may slightly conflict with time. We cannot recharge the same card without legal cause to do so. So if a second charge is required, the card will need to be re-entered.
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) businessdays upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Refunds can be given for failure of the machine itself, but if the machine does not work because of inadequate power, that in non- refundable. It is the responsibility of each client to make sure they have the proper power source, keeping in mind that the single serve machines run on a regular outlet that is connected to a 20 amp breaker. Nothing else can be running on that same circuit of power at the same time. The machines do not Like GFI outlets, and are likely to keep tripping if plugged into one. Only the extension cord that we provide is to be used with the machine. Anything longer, or not the right rating will not get the power to the machine that is needed. The twist machine uses 220 power and has a High powered extension cord that is 40 feet long. No other options for that machine are available.
We will refund any mix or packages of cups that are unopened and undamaged upon return of the machine. We will refund the total cost of the mix, but not the amount of tax paid in order to cover any processing fees that may be incurred. Cones and toppings are non-refundable.
Refunds for cancellation are as follows:
You may receive a refund for the amount you paid down as a deposit for a reservation less a $10.00 service fee (If statement has already been prepared), as long as the cancellation is within one week of paying your deposit. If you cancel your reservation after that week mark, the deposit is non- refundable. The reason for this is that we begin turning other clients away, and it becomes harder to fill reservations for that day.
To obtain a refund:
Call us at (801) 228-0594. We will look up the date that your statement was prepared, and if it is within the one week time frame, we will enter your credit card information and put the money back on your card, or use Venmo to send money back to you. If it is after the one week mark, we are sorry, but we do not refund the deposit.
If the refund is for mix or cups, we can either have you call us at (801) 228-0594, or, we can use Venmo or swipe your card upon return of your rental.
We try to only do deliveries when it is an ABSOLUTE MUST! We want you to pick up your rental. If we HAVE to deliver, we only do one delivery per day, and that is only June – August. The rest of the year deliveries can only be done on Saturday.
We delivery to Salt Lake County, and Utah County. Delivery for Salt Lake County is $150.00, and Delivery in Utah county is $100.00. There is no tax on deliveries.
You will still be responsible for making sure you have the proper power Source. There must also be someone on site to receive the delivery and instructions.
Please do EVERYTHING possible to arrange for someone to pick up for you if you can’t do it.
